Terms of Service
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Theaipresentationmaker for using The AI Presentation Maker (theaipresentationmaker.com). Using the maker means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use it. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that business.
The short version
- You sign in with your email address. The first 3 decks are free, once, per person. Paid plans add decks every month.
- What you put in stays yours, and so do the decks you make.
- An AI model writes the slides. Check every slide before you present it.
- A paid plan renews every month until you cancel it in your account on Stripe.
- Do not use the maker to break the law or to harm other people.
1. Who can use the maker
You must be aged 18 or over. If you use the maker for a company or a client, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for them.
2. What the maker does
The maker turns a topic, notes, a file or a web page into an outline, then into slides you edit and export as a PowerPoint file or a PDF. Features change over time.
Your decks are saved in your browser, not on our server. Export any deck you need to keep. We cannot recover a deck that is deleted or lost with your browser's data.
3. Free use and paid plans
Free use
You need an email address to make a deck. Each person gets 3 free decks, once, not renewed each day or each month. We count them against your email address, your network address and your device, so a second address on the same device or network does not give more. One account per person. Outlines are free within a daily limit. Free decks pause for the day once the day's free budget across all visitors is spent.
Paid plans
| Plan | Price | Decks in each billing month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $5 a month | 30 |
| Growth | $10 a month | 80 |
| Team | $15 a month | 150 |
- Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Decks you do not use in a billing month do not carry over to the next.
- Stripe takes the payment. Your plan renews on the same day each month, at the price shown, until you cancel.
- Cancel at any time in your account on Stripe, which the Payment settings page opens. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
- Change to another plan in the same place.
- When a payment fails, Stripe tries the card again. If it still fails, the plan turns off.
- Refunds: a month that has started is not refunded.
- A price change applies from your next billing month, after 30 days' notice sent to the email address on your plan.
Your plan key
Paying gives you a plan key, which turns your plan on in a browser. Keep it private. Anyone who has it uses your decks. One plan is for one customer. We replace a lost key once we have confirmed you are the payer.
4. Your content
- You own what you put into the maker, and you own the decks you make with it. We claim no ownership of either.
- You give us permission to process your source material for one purpose: to write your slides and run the maker. That includes sending it to the AI model that writes them.
- You confirm that you have the right to use everything you submit, and that sharing it with us breaks no law and no promise of confidentiality.
- You are free to use, present, sell and change the decks you export, including their layouts and themes.
Slides written by AI
An AI model writes the slides, and it makes mistakes. A fact the maker was not given appears on the slide as [add figure] or a similar mark. You are responsible for checking every slide before you use it. Someone who gives the maker a similar request will get similar slides.
5. Rules of use
Do not use the maker to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- make content that infringes another person's rights, defames, harasses or threatens anyone, or sexualizes minors;
- submit personal information about other people that you have no right to share;
- get around the free allowance or a plan's allowance, for example with automated requests, extra email addresses, extra devices or extra networks;
- publish, sell or share a plan key;
- probe, overload or attack the maker, or copy its code or designs.
We block use that breaks these rules, and we end a plan used to break them.
6. What belongs to us
The maker itself is ours: its code, its page designs, its name. These terms give you the right to use it, and no right to copy or resell it. The decks you export are yours, as said above.
7. Other companies' services
The maker relies on Anthropic for the AI model, on Stripe for payments, on Cloudflare to check the sign-in step, and on Resend to email sign-in codes. When you pay, Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself.
8. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the maker is provided as it is and as available. We make no promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or right for a particular purpose, and we make no promise about the accuracy of anything the AI model writes.
9. Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows, Theaipresentationmaker is not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data or any indirect loss that comes from using the maker. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits a right the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Ending this agreement
Stop using the maker at any time. Cancel a paid plan in your account on Stripe. We suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, and we end a plan whose payment cannot be collected.
11. Problems and disputes
Write to [email protected] first. Most problems are settled that way. The law of the State of Florida, United States governs these terms. A dispute we cannot settle goes to the state and federal courts in Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
We post every change on this page and change the date at the top. For a change that affects your rights, we put a notice on the maker at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the maker after that date means you accept the new terms.
